REFLOW aimed at transforming urban material flows to establish circular and regenerative cities. It involves six European pilot cities – Amsterdam, Berlin, Cluj-Napoca, Milan, Paris, and Vejle – that co-create and test regenerative solutions across business, governance, and citizen levels. The project focuses on understanding and reconfiguring urban resource usage through social, environmental, and economic indicators to promote a resilient circular economy.
P2P Lab led the “Governance and Urban Strategies” work package in the REFLOW project, focusing on co-designing and evaluating governance models for circular economies in urban settings. We developed the REFLOW Collaborative Governance Toolkit, offering strategic, operational, and relational tools to facilitate circular transitions in cities.
